This is the repair shop when 5 star rating system comes short, Greg and his team definitely deserve more stars which is equivalent to the 7 star hotel rating.
Great communication, wonderful service, thoughtful preparions on pickup.
All I did is dropping my car there, Greg himself gave me a ride back home in his own blue IS F.
After 2 weeks, I see my car as day one condition, even though it's a 4 years old Lexus. I know it sounds ridiculous, but the Basha team indeed shows what 'pay attention to the details' is.
I'll definitely recommend my friends to here if unfortunate comes to their cars.

  After my beautiful SV6 series 2 commodore was hit whilst parked outside my house, there was only one place it was going to get fixed... Basha. Greg and his team did an amazing job on fixing the damage and also detailing the car for me. Honestly.... the car looks better now than when i bought it. I am blown away. I have told all my friends to use Basha Autohaus should the need arise. Great customer service, and the quality of work performed on my vehicle was exceptional. 5 Star all the way.

I got their details just by googling around and by reading reviews. Indeed, I can attest that all the good reviews and high ratings they got are for real, and have even exceeded my expectations.

With Basha Autohaus, it was really super quick and easy to get an assessment on the damage. After a few days, they gave me call to confirm the schedule of repair and if I wanted to proceed with it. I requested the schedule to be done earlier because I was going for a trip, and they were very flexible to accept my request.

On the scheduled date of repair, I drove to their shop and handed over my car. That day, I noticed that they placed a disposable car seat cover over the driver’s seat before moving it inside the garage. My instant reaction was that, these guys are very detailed and meticulous with their work that even the slightest detail of making sure that the your car’s interior doesn’t get dirtied while they work on it is well considered and highly prioritised. In short, I was assured that my car was in good hands!

After a week, I got my car back. All parts that were previously damaged, scratched or bent was replaced with new and original parts. Everything was aligned and fitted properly. It was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The car was like brand new!

  Friendly and professional private smash repair. I was stupidly uninsured. A week before we were due to go on a month long trip to China I had an accident that needed repair. I got a few quotes from a few places but Basha Autohaus were the friendliest and most assuring, especially Greg. I was able to leave it with them for my entire holiday and it was fixed when I got home.
